AGENDA
SEI Introduction to CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) v. 1.2 This is the official, SEI-authorized three-day course. We present the same SEI slides in the same order as everybody else... but we also add our own proprietary bonus content, to re-inforce key concepts (and to occasionally provide some well-needed levity). Day 2 features our optional Open Season lunchtime session, where our instructor will spend up to 45 minutes addressing any questions you have about the CMMI. Our public class hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. days 1 and 2, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. day 3. We provide a 45 minute break for lunch (delivered), and several coffe breaks during the day.

There are brief homework assignments on Day 1 and Day 2 (SEI standard). You must attend all class hours to receive a certificate of course completion (SEI policy). Our bonus content evolves from class to class. Because of this, we list only the SEI-standard content on this agenda. Timing is approximate - part of Module 5 could extend into Day 2, etc.
